Chicken Chiles Rellenos Casserole- One word-Yum

Opulent Chicken- Chicken Breasts baked with mushrooms and artichokes in light gravy, served with rice.

Chicken White Chili- White Chili, made with white beans, chunks of chicken and green chilies.

Oven Fried Chicken- a lighter version of this home-cooked favorite; breaded chicken pieces baked golden brown in the oven.

Classic Meatloaf- homemade and hot out of the oven.  Variations include Italian, Mushroom, or Greek.

New England Boiled Diner- corned beef, cabbage and red potatoes boiled with spices all afternoon, perfect for cold winter nights.

Chef’s Shepard Pie- layers of ground beef, corn, peas, carrots and gravy topped with a crust of mashed potatoes and baked. 

Grill Ready Marinated Steaks- your choice of cut and marinade.

Beef Stroganoff- ground beef, mushrooms, onions and creamy gravy served over egg noodles.
